Day 2. Roissy en France to Ussy sur Marne

Excellent first day of our tour. 
Once we had worked out how to use the coffee machine at the bakers we had breakfast in the square then set off on a wide variety of roads, cycle paths, canal towpaths, farm tracks ( some of which seemed to have been surfaced entirely with broken glass) and dirt tracks.
Stopped off for lunch in Meaux in a beautiful old walled garden then followed some quiet, hillier roads to Ussy sur Marne where we found a really quiet wee municipal campsite on the riverside.
After settling in we headed up to the only bar in the village for a beer and to discover that they had stopped serving food at lunchtime. So we ended up cycling to the next town 3 miles away where we found a Macdonalds!!
